What “Care & Cure” actually means

Most pest control in Karachi is reactive — someone shows up, sprays, leaves an invoice, the bugs come back in three weeks. Our work is built on a different idea: Care for the customer’s home, family, business and budget; Cure the root of the problem, not just the symptom on the surface.

Practically, that means we identify the breeding zone before spraying, we seal entry points, we treat the colony — not the visible bugs. And we put the warranty in writing.

The team

Unified Group is owner-operated. Day-to-day, customer contact runs through Ubaid and the office team from our base in Shah Faisal Town. Our field technicians have worked together for years — most of them are still with us from our early days.

We deliberately stay focused on Karachi. We turn down out-of-city work because the only way our quality and response time stay good is by knowing the neighborhoods we serve.

What we serve

Eight pest categories cover 95% of every job we run: cockroaches, termites (deemak), rodents (rats and mice), bed bugs, mosquitoes, ants, flies, honey bees. On top of that: fumigation (residential, commercial, vehicle, export container), water tank cleaning and disinfection, water leakage detection, and integrated pest management (IPM) programmes for businesses.
