Pre-construction proofing typically lasts 5–10 years with a written 5-year warranty. Post-construction treatment lasts 3–5 years.
Will the treatment damage tiles or flooring?
Drill holes are 6mm and sealed after injection. On finished tile we drill grout lines to keep the work invisible.
Do you treat outdoor garden areas?
Yes — soil drenching around boundary walls is part of full bungalow treatment.
